Described as the pinnacle of his career, the minimalistic residence is inspired by a floating estate in Singapore. What is going to be a compound-style home that revolves around water, the grandiose residence will feature seven bedrooms (including a 3,100-square-foot master suite with private access to a rooftop garden); 14 bathrooms; a great room with a hidden bar; and an 18-seat dining room—all surrounded by eye-catching water features.

Outside guests will be able to enjoy a 1.5-inch-deep reflecting pool that will lead to an acrylic pool in the foyer, which seamlessly connects to a lap pool and then to a vanishing-edge pool around the entire property.  This creates a never-ending composition of water and matter that come together in one architectural marvel.

The lower level will house a nightclub, a full bar and lounge (with the pool as its ceiling), a 20-seat theater room, a two-lane bowling alley, a professional catering kitchen, a hair and nail salon, a wellness center, an eight-car garage. Other extravagant entertaining amenities complete the vibe of a fully-functioning socializing hot spot.

The artisan’s newest collection was designed to honour the mathematician, astronomer, and astrologer Johannes Kepler and his contribution of the three laws of planetary motion.
