Cigarette Racing 50′ Vision GT concept, 2014 Miami Boat Show

- Two legendary brands with legendary visions will unite once again -

Cigarette Racing and Mercedes-AMG have reunited at the Miami International Boat Show with two futuristic ideas, the AMG Vision Gran Turismo Concept car and the 50’ Vision GT Concept boat.

Cigarette Racing Team collaborated with Mercedes-AMG and Polyphony Digital Inc. to create one-of-a-kind elements for the Cigarette Racing 50’ Vision GT Concept, including the Alubeam painted exterior and the custom matte black hull and accents.

Concept of a super sports car – the Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo contains extreme proportions, sensual contours and intelligently implemented high technology blend to form a body that visually brings to life the breathtaking performance of the AMG V8 front-mid engine with 577 hp (430 kW) and 590 lb-ft of torque.

The boat has twin 1650hp Mercury Racing engines which make it more 300hp more powerful than the standard engines used in the 50’ Cigarette Marauder. Thanks to its lightweight construction, the 50-ft (15-m) long and 8-ft (2.4-m) wide boat is around 1,000-lb (453 kg) lighter than the Marauder and has an estimated top speed of more than 140 mph (225 km/h).

2014 MERCEDES BENZ E-CLASS CABRIOLET

Luxury Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet is offered with two engine configurations. The super electrically powered acoustic soft-top raises and lowers at the touch of a button, and the ingenious Aircap wind deflector, which significantly reduces in-cabin noise and turbulence when the roof is down. New-look styling includes a reworked front section, now with single piece headlamps and a single louvre grille.

Even during open-air drives, the interior of the E-Class Cabriolet is a haven of calm and quiet. From leather upholstery and heated front seats to tactile, dark aluminium trim elements, the emphasis is on elegant, understated style with a sporty twist.

When we talk about performance, the revised engine line-up includes the E 220 CDI, which can return up to 58.9 mpg combined, and the E 400, a petrol V6 capable of 0-62 mph in just 5.3 seconds.
There’s also a choice of three distinctive model lines: the SE, the AMG Sport and the sensational E 400 AMG Sport Plus. Each offers generous standard equipment, from COMAND Online to safety measures such as Collision Prevention Assist.

BENTLEY CELEBRATES 95 YEARS WITH A LIMITED EDITION MULSANNE 95

BENTLEY CELEBRATES 95 YEARS WITH A LIMITED EDITION MULSANNE 95

It has passed 95 years from that amazing moment that W.O. Bentley founded the company that bears his name.

To celebrate the milestone, Bentley is launching an exclusive limited edition based on its Mulsanne.

The edition will consist 15 cars sold in U.K. Only, so you will have to be comfortable with the right-hand drive.

Honoring the homeland of the Bentley, these few cars will be made in patriotic colors only, that would mean Britannia Blue, Empire Red, and Oxford White. The color has been applied using the latest technology, but then hand-finished at the company’s paint shop.

As for the interior woodwork, it is going to be made out of a walnut tree estimated to be as old as 300 to 400 years. For the environment friendly costumers, we can calm you because, as it is said, it hasn’t been chopped down, but fell after a storm in 2007.

Beside some other elements as the Union Flag and 95 emblems embroidered on the seats, we must mention the twin-turbocharged 6.75 liter V-8 motor that delivers full 505 horsepower.

That makes it go from 0 to 62 mph in 5.3 seconds, and has the top speed of 184 mph.

If you are interested in the Mulsanne, you can buy one at our site, but if you would like to purchase the Mulsanne 95 you can order it at Bantley’s U.K. network of dealers.

McLaren P1 for $1.15 million

McLaren P1 for $1.15 million

McLaren is using all of its 50 years of racing experience and success, in the fields of aerodynamics and lightweight carbon fibre technology to create McLaren P1. “We believe the McLaren P1TM is the most exciting, capable, technologically advanced and most dynamically accomplished supercar ever made”, says McLaren P1TM programme director, Paul Mackenzie.

The McLaren P1 is a limited-edition super car that blends a gasoline-electric hybrid drivetrain with striking looks and race-inspired technology. It uses an inovative IPAS petrol-electric powertrain comprising a substantially revised 3.8 litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, coupled to a single electric motor, collectively known as M838TQ. Power output is 916 PS (903hp). Electric motor’s ability provide instant torque. Carbon dioxide emissions are less than 200g/km, and it can cover more than 10km in electric-only mode.

Mounted on low-profile Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires designed specifically for the P1, 10-spoke wheels crafted out of high-strength aluminum, have a diameter of 19 inches in the front and 20 inches in the back.

ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM DROPHEAD COUPÉ “WATERSPEED” EDITION

ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM DROPHEAD COUPÉ “WATERSPEED” EDITION

The car is finished in unique Maggiore Blue paint, named after the lake where the 1937 record was set and inspired by the Bluebird’s color scheme. Nine layers of Maggiore Blue paint adorn the body panels, and for the first time on a Rolls Royce, paint is also applied to the engine, making for a particularly waterspeedy underhood experience.
Inside, Rolls-Royce has taken the opportunity to add further Maggiore Blue details, using accents to create a distinctive two-tone steering wheel and dashboard. Windchill Grey leather is used throughout the interior, and borders the brushed steel decking which replaces the tradition teak finish.

The Phantom Drophead Coupé Waterspeed Collection features 6.75-liter V12, which produces 453 horsepower and 531 pound-feet of torque. It comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The Phantom Drophead Coupé Waterspeed Collection will be unveiled to the public at the 2014 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa D’Este, after which buyers will fight over the 35 examples.

MORGAN 3 WHEELER

MORGAN 3 WHEELER

Designed to bring the fun and passion back to personal transport

When we talk about design then we must mention that the focus was set on making the car as close to an aeroplane as possible, while retaining handy extra space for driver, passenger and a hold-all in the rear.

Motor provides maximum power at minimum revs with an estimated 140 Newton metres of torque. The power train is a 1976cc ’V-twin’ fuel injected engine mated to a Mazda 5 speed (and reverse) gearbox. This provides smooth ‘get in and drive’ convenience with the thrill of extreme performance.
Mark Reeves, Morgan’s engineering chief, explains that the earliest cars were fitted with Suplex dampers, which didn’t have the angled track rod ends, but a replacement damper rode a bit higher, which gave an excitable reaction at the wheel.

– Present meets past –

- Bugatti Vitesse Legend “Black Bess” next to the Bugatti Type 18 “Black Bess” and a Morane Saulnier Type H -

This is the ‘Black Bess’ Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, the latest run-out special in the manufacturer’s ‘Legend Edition’ series. It was unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show 2014.
Black Bess, which was named after an English racehorse, was the name of a Bugatti Type 18 owned by French aviator Roland Garros. The original vehicle is now in a museum in the Netherlands.

Just like the original Type 18 the complete carbon fiber body has been painted black. The Bugatti horseshoe grille is surrounded by 24 carat gold. The cabin includes sketches of the historic Type 18 Black Bess and Garros’ airplane, a Morane Saulnier Type H. These sketches have been hand-painted onto the leather.
The “Black Bess” is based on the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport. Its 1,200 PS, 8 litre W16 engine achieves an unparalleled torque of 1,500 Nm at 3,000–5,000 rpm, and can accelerate from 0–100 km in 2.6 seconds. With a maximum speed of 408.84 km/h with the roof down, the Vitesse is the fastest production roadster ever built.

The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Legend Black Bess is priced at $2.97 million, making it one of the most expensive and exclusive cars on the planet.
