Dubbed ‘the most beautiful Buick so far’ it is a true testament to the perfect blend of design, luxury and engineering. Its sophisticated and sleek exterior adds to a superb automotive experience, building on the brand’s 112-year heritage. The re-invented model will, without a doubt, be the car that brings the design into the future, building on top of Buick’s signature luxury and technological advancement.
The Avenir stands out with its luxurious interior, elegant design and forward technology. The core elements of the interior are comfort, connectivity and moderation with the space utilized in a way that enhances the driving experience and gives a sense of freedom. Some of the innovative features are the driver-recognition options that automatically sync infotainment preferences, mobile device wireless charging and the ionic cabin air filtration.
Steel, glass and leather are the materials used to bring this forward concept to life and push the boundaries of technological and aesthetic perfection. The sculpted design features full LED exterior lighting, a new grille design and striking proportions with an imposing presence.
The next-generation V-6 engine has an active fuel management and stop/start technology. On the technological front it’s hard to miss the Buick IntelliLink infotainment with large, 12-inch-diagonal color touch screen. The entire design of the car is a modern interpretation of the landmark 1954 Wildcat II concept. Its proportions are 204.5 inches in length and 76.0 inches in diameter.
The wireless phone charging and a 4G OnStar Wi-Fi hotspot in the cabin are a conveniesbnt feature that adds to the comfort of the passengers. The four-place interior features individual bucket seats bisected by a full-length center console.
With the actual release date is unknown it is expected to come on the market by the end of 2018 with a retail price of $60,000.
