Its current owner, fashion designer Reed Krakoff, has listed the property for more than $50 million, split into two parcels: $38.995 million for the eight-bedroom main house, built around 1917, pool, and poolhouse spread across 7.2 acres and $14.995 million for an adjacent four-acre parcel with a grass tennis court.
