Jeff Greene’s “Palazzo di Amore” lists for $195 MILLION

A nearly eight-year project called the Palazzo di Amore is currently the most expensive residential listing in the U.S. The estate is owned by real-estate investor, billionaire Jeff Greene. The modern castle sits on 25 acres with magnificent views of Los Angeles and the surrounding canyons, and hit the market Nov. 6 for astonishing $195 million! Greene bought the property in 2007 for $35million. According to Forbes, his net worth is $3 billion.

The gorgeous Palazzo di Amore is the work of renowned developer Mohamed Hadid with architecture by Bob Ray Offenhauser and design by Alberto Pinto. The property includes 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms across several buildings, a grandiose garage parking for 27 cars, a main residence with 35,000 square feet, as well as a 50-seat private screening room a bowling alley and a 128-foot long reflecting pool.

A master suite with 5,000-square-foot boats a Turkish-style spa. Everything about this amazing property is absolutely incredible, even a US$2million grand staircase with 22karat gold leaf finishes! There is also a 15,000-square-foot “entertainment complex” that features a disco/ballroom with a rotating dance floor!
