Lamborghini Aventador (LP700-4)

When time came for Lamborghinis previous monarch, the Murcielago, to abdicate, he left the throne for the new heir – the Aventador.

As a descendant of extremely potent mid-engined kings the Aventador surely had a lot to live up to. You can clearly distinguish visual features from the epic Reventon and the family pedigree boasts names like Countach and Diablo.
Plenty of work has also gone into weight reduction, with a carbonfibre ‘tub’ and a body that’s built from a mixture of composite and aluminium.

A 6.5 liters V12 zooms the Aventador from standing to a 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. However, unlike many of it’s competitors such as the Veyron and the MP4, the Aventador doesn’t have that seamless dual clutch gearbox. In short, this means that shifting will express itself in a much more dramatic and brutal fashion.

This gearbox together with the loud V12 and enormous rear tires conjoins in what really represents a true Lamborghini.
Lamborghini wanted to make this a vehicle you could use everyday and the Aventador actually performs excellent in urban areas.

The steering is light and precise, and it’s possible to trundle along at normal traffic speeds. Motor trend called it “the friendliest V12 super car in the world”.
Despite this it’s still a Lambo. Raw, noisy, intimidating and yet so capable. Get your own at our shop, you won’t regret it.
